Soulful singer Jade Tamara originally hails from Manchester, transcending 90’s hip-hop and soul with lyrics that are personal and represent today’s societal issues. From uploading self–written recordings on Instagram, Jade Tamara has been able to gain over 18,000 followers and as such has gained a loyal fan base eager to hear more.

She has recorded with producers such as Coolshade Records (Roots Manuva) and Dukus (Giggs). Jade has been performing around London with the 5O Project (ITV) touching the most deprived communities and creating engagement with vulnerable youth. She also had the opportunity to perform at the 291 Club. Involved in all aspects of visuals and concepts, she co-created her award winning music video Wonder Dreamer for best entertainment (The Royal Television Society).

Early on in life, Jade was introduced to the Miseducation Album (Lauryn Hill) that enlightened her to the female hip-hop movement. Realising that it was possible to create inspiring works of art, she was soon harmonising in a girl group on the playground and writing lyrics in private.

Currently, Jade Tamara is set to release her first EP “The Intro”, where her fans will finally be able to stream the long awaited neo-soul tracks.
